The continuous flow deepens and focuses heavily on the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance and challenges balance and flexibility. Power Yoga
This dynamic, energizing and challenging style of yoga links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance and challenges balance and flexibility. You will leave these classes with a renewed mental and physical energy. Beginners are welcome, but we recommend you chat with the instructor before so you can be prepared with any modifications you might need. Come hydrated and prepared to sweat! The room is heated.
YMF Yoga
Repetition matters, it also provides a foundation to grow from. Our Reheat class blends some of our familiar poses from Hot26 combined with warrior flows and opportunities to explore inversions for those who are familiar. Every week the class will have the same flow structure, inviting you to get know your body better each time and explore the next challenge within each pose. This class has a place for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, we all have room to grow. The room is heated.
Hot 26 yoga
Hot 26 classes consist of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a precise order incorporating a standing series and a floor series. This class systematically works the entire body, incorporating strength, balance and flexibility. The Hot 26 class will stimulate your mind and restore and reshape your body. The room is heated.
BUTI Yoga
Buti Yoga is a powerful combination of primal movement, cardio, tribal dance, and balanced yoga sequences. This unique flow set to the beat of music gives your whole body an amazing and incredibly fun workout. The room is heated.
Yin Yoga
A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. This is a relaxing, peaceful class. The room is not heated.

Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat in a slightly heated room with energetic music, Inferno Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. The room is heated.
Inferno Hot pilates + Weights
Inferno Hot Pilates + Weights is an all-level class that is designed to take your full body workout to the next level! The inferno + class is a one hour high intensity interval training class that also provides dumbbells and resistance bands and is a fantastic workout that is sure to challenge your mind and body in the best way possible! IHP + Weights is also a low impact class, just like our standard IHP class, while also providing therapeutic, mindful muscle activation so you will walk away from your workout feeling stronger, happier, and healthier than ever! This class is like a giant party where you learn to find the most radiant, powerful, and positive you!!! All fitness levels welcome!! This class is for everyone, even first timers. This is a fun blend of all of our most popular classes combined into one powerful hour. This class incorporates weight training, HIIT, pilates principles, Hot Yoga, and features a yin yoga deep stretch cool down. The room is heated.
Y.M.F.
This full body workout will focus on building long lean muscle and developing strength while increasing your mobility all at the same time. The room is not heated.
Warrior Sculpt
This class combines traditional Sun Salutations with cardio and light dumbell work. You will build intense strength, stamina, and mindfulness. This class is challenging and there are some high impact movements. We recommend taking a few IHP classes first to build up your endurance or chat with our instructor before hand and learn how to modify throughout this class. The class is heated.
