Inferno Hot Pilates + Weights is an all-level class that is designed to take your full body workout to the next level! The inferno + class is a one hour high intensity interval training class that also provides dumbbells and resistance bands and is a fantastic workout that is sure to challenge your mind and body in the best way possible! IHP + Weights is also a low impact class, just like our standard IHP class, while also providing therapeutic, mindful muscle activation so you will walk away from your workout feeling stronger, happier, and healthier than ever! Hot 26 classes consist of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a precise order incorporating a standing series and a floor series. Take a moment to set your practice with intention. We will explore our vinyasa flow with an extended breath connection to our sequence of poses. Bringing the element of time to each pose you will have an extended opportunity to mindfully consider each pose you are in and refine and strengthen each one. You will find time to pause, reflect and connect deliberately with each motion. Slow Flow helps all who practice on building and growing into a more powerful powerful and confident yoga practice. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. Our Reheat class blends some of our familiar poses from Hot26 combined with warrior flows and opportunities to explore inversions for those who are familiar.
