We have 3 simple options:

Do I need to book a class or can I just show up?
Booking is simple and can be done through our website or via the momence app. Just go to the Book Now section, select your service, and follow the prompts to complete your reservation. You must sign up ahead of time to reserve your space for class.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel a booking for class: you must do so 3 hours before the class starts. You can cancel directly from our website or via the momence app. We recommend using the app.
If you need to cancel a membership: email our office at YouMatterFit@gmail.com
Membership Cancellation Policy: We do not require contracts for our memberships. instead you will be charged one final payment after notification to cancel. This will keep your access until the end of your billing cycle. After that- your membership will end.
Do you have equipment there or do I need to bring my own?
No mat? No Problem! We have all equipment necessary for class.
If you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it, if not we have them here to rent for $5.00 and also available for purchase.
Do I need shoes or socks?
We recommend barefoot for the best experience. Shoes are not permitted on the studio floor.
For Spin classes: Our bikes are compatable with SPD clips
You can also use regular shoes and our bikes have cages, we recomend a flat soled tennis shoe for the best experience.
